Where do I get vegan fertilizer?

Article continues below

Answer:

You can make your own vegan fertilizer. examples of materials to use are spent hops, comfrey, nettles, composted garden waste just fill a plastic bucket with plant material then add water, let sit for 2 weeks, it will be very smelly dilute by approx. 10 to one. Use as a liquid feed, spraying over the leaves of the plants, during morning or evening -not during the heat of the day.

There is also a vegan fertilizer for sale by Abundant Earth 1.888.513.2784. we have not used it but it sounds ok.
