Organic Gardening

Olga Schifani & Amy S. Duggan, are vegan organic farmers, educators, and activists. They started the Center for Vegan Organic Education, a subscription farm on Vashon Island, Washington in 1998 and have created the Center for Vegan Organic Education, a non-profit organization to teach people to garden using vegan organic methods and to help people reconnect to their food source.

Question:

Milking a single house cow keeps strain off the udders, is that accepted vegan, for animal cruelty purposes?

Answer:

If you are keeping the cow as a pet only -great. But for vegan organic gardening we advocate not using animal products in the garden for compassion, sustainabilty, and health reasons.
