Question:

I have a yogurt maker and I was wondering if I can make soymilk yogurt? Is the process still the same?

Answer:

I personally have never made yogurt. I don't use soy yogurt much, so I just buy it from a local health food store when I need it, but I commend you for wanting to make your own. From what I understand you can substitute soy milk for cow's milk in the process. I know that in The Farm Cookbook there are directions, and I also found the following helpful site by searching the web: http://www.chariot.net.au/~dna/vegmilk.html Both of these resources should help you through the process. Good luck with it! One of these days I'm going to have to try it, plus I love any excuse to get another kitchen gadget. :)
