Book ReviewCooking With PETAby PETA Review by Erin Pavlina My grandmother once told me that a cookbook was good as long as you got one good recipe out of it that you could use over and over again. With this book, Cooking With PETA, I am up to 6 with no end in sight!
Article continues below Another recipe I must tell you about is the Smoky Spuds with Barbecue Beans. We're talking grilled sweet potatoes with black beans and barbecue sauce poured over them. At first this recipe didn't sound like it would taste good; I've never had beans and potatoes in the same bite. But it has to be tried to be believed! The book also features quick stories about amazing animals that will touch your heart. I really recommend this cookbook... purchasing it supports a great cause, and you'll get some fantastic, easy recipes for your cooking arsenal. |
