All of my favorites are in there! Lentil-Walnut Pate, The Total Reuben, Nori Maki, Caesar Salad, Salisbury Seitan, all of my favorite desserts, and so much more. The food is definitely gourmet, and so are the recipes, so if you're looking for quick meals, this isn't the book for you. However, if you are planning an event or want to make something really special for your family then you are really going to love this book. And if you want to make healthy meals that taste absolutely fantastic, you'll love this book too.

Now you don't need to live in Los Angeles to enjoy some of the best vegan recipes out there. You've got them right in your home! Check out the book today!
