Several of my patients prefer to refrain from having their children receive the usual innoculations. I understand that vegans may have their children exempt from those vaccines required for entry into the public schools. I would like to know how to advise them. - Barb

There are three types of exemptions: Religious, medical, and personal/ethical. However, not all states allow all of these exemptions. You'll have to find out which exemptions are allowed in your state. Follow this link to learn which exemptions are available in your state.
