I've got 5 1/2 weeks left to go on this very exciting pregnancy journey, but I've suddenly developed a HORRENDOUS case of restless legs syndrome that likes to strike at night in my right leg- especially after exercising! I've read that this could be related to iron deficiency, but my prenatal has iron, we eat lots of iron rich foods and my last blood check was perfect. Has anyone else struggled with this, and has anyone else found and ways of relief?!
