View Full Version : An oldtimer's challenge

I thought I had posted my challenge here some days ago but I don't see it.

I've been vegan for 8 1/2 years but it can always get better.

I have two challenge habits for myself this year.

1. Exercise of some sort
2. Finding a different ingredient to substitute an older, less healthy ingredient in at least one meal per day.

Hey there - how did I miss your thread?? Must have been one of those days I failed to report in :o

My challenge has been to exercise for ten minutes a day. I do stretches, yoga, walking, or whatever I feel like doing. It''s been fairly easy so I'm encouraged to work to keep the habit and then expand on it. :)

I also have a plan to go more fully raw in the spring. But that's another challenge. :D
