It's from Sarah Kramer's book How It All Vegan , and it IS yummy!!! Try it.(pg 85)

Oh speaking of How It All Vegan, I love the Sinfully Chocolate pudding on page 152. It is amazing but I add more cocoa powder and instead of oil I use peanut butter. There are times that I can't even wait for it to chill. I mix it with some vegan "cool whip" and make a mousse.
