time setting

how can i change my time setting for this forum?
i chose the wrong one before, now it says 3pm where iam and its only 9am........... help!!!!!

Go to the user control panel (user cp as shown on the top side of the discussion forums). Then click on "Edit options." From there, you can change your time & date options.
