I just want to take a minute and thank Erin Pavlina for creating such a great family oriented site and being such a considerate moderater.

Vegfamily is the first board I ever found and registered on. Since then I have registered on two others and lurk on a few others.

Vegfamily is a place that people post their opinions in a respectful and polite manner and (it seems) never to create a personal offense to anyone.

Whenever there has been a "troll", they are quickly discovered and dealt with.

I'm glad that this board has remained a constant source of good information, and opinions posted in a considerate manner.

Thank you so much, Erin, for creating this place. What I also like is that although there are a lot of members, there seems to be a core of "senior" members who post regularly, which means that I felt I've gotten to know the people here and whenever I read their posts, I know where they are coming from.

I really appreciate this place.

Yep. I feel safe here. No one has been rude or disgusting. The best thing is that people like kids here and don't seem to think we are bad Vegans for having children!
I can't understand what having children has to do with being Vegan. I've only come this far because of my children.
