Pumpkin recipies

I just bought a huge pumpkin and was thinking about what I was going to do with it. Does anybody have a great vegan pumpkin soup recipe? Or maybe cookies? Or muffins? Or anything else? I am really excited to get my food processor out and get to work! :)

Pumpkin Patch Muffins
1C pumpkin
1 1/4 C sugar
1/2 C canola oil
1/2 C water
egg replacer to equal 2 eggs
1 2/3 C flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/2 Tb powder
1/4t nutmeg
1/4 t cloves
1/2 C raisins
mix pumpkin, oil, water sugar and egg replacer, in a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients, add dry ingredients to wet and stir until just mixed bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
