Hi there,
Yesterday, I received a huge envelope from Farm Sanctuary containing a Teacher Guide Packet, a Teacher Guide Booklet (we homeschool) and a Video VHS called My Friends at The Farm, narrated by Casey Affleck.
All of this was sent free (to teachers and educators) and everything is really great. They also send huge photographs of rescued animals.
Of course, it's so great that I feel cheap not having paid for it and because they do such a wonderful job at FS, I will be sending a donation to them.
But my kids where very touched and it was great that they see that some people are really doing all they can to help the animals. And because we are hoping to visit FS this summer, it is great "preparation" for our time there.
