List of non friendly foods

Anyone aware of where I can get a list to post on my fridge (and that of grandparents) regarding foods that are not vegetarian friendly? I'm thinking that foods such as jello and marshmallows seem ok but grandparents may not know that they're not.

I created my own list of these things (nicely typed up) so that my relatives know what is OK. I would start with the ingredients, and then list sample foods it is in. For example:

No beef
No chicken
No pork
No gelatin (found in Jello, most commercial yogurts,...)
No milk
...

I've actually found that my grandmother likes to have this list, so she has some idea on what to feed me when I come to visit. My sisters and mom self-published a family cookbook, and the list is included in there - with a distinction between what is vegan and just vegetarian.

I might include some "DO"s for each don't so that they don't just have a list of what you can't have, they have acceptable substitutes in case they wanted to make you something that had one of those in it.
