Honey

I was a vegetarian several years ago but now have decided to go vegan. I was wondering if someone could tell me a little more about how it is bad for the bees to harvest honey. If there are any websites on this I would be very interested in getting that information too.

I found an article on honey a few weeks ago at Vegetus.org. Excellent site, by the way. Did you know that "vegetarian" was supposedly derived from the Latin word "vegetus" (meaning lively or vigorous) and not from the word "vegetable"? :) That's what it says, anyway.
