Favorite Fast Food Vegan Items

When you're out and about, what are your favorite fast food items that are vegan?

Subway Veggie Delight?
Taco Bell Bean Burrito?

We don't have Taco Bell here, but I sometimes eat Subway Veggie Delight, it's okey, but only if you don't eat it to often.

My favourite fast food is falafel in pitabread. A lot of small fast food restaurants have it here. But I don't eat this often either, because I'm not a big fan of deep fried food.

In Sweden McDonalds have some kind of veganmeal called Garden McNuggets, but I've never tried it because everybody says thet it tastes just like deep fried mashed potatoes.

I love the Subway sandwiches. They are low in calories and fat.

If I feel like jazzing it up, I bring it home and add avocado, vegenaise, bacon bits or veggie bacon strips. Awesome!

after i went vegan my family stopped at subway, they let me read the box from the bread and it appeared questionable with ingredients like "stearyl lactylate" and "enzymes." are you sure it's vegan??

According to two published lists, the Italian bread is indeed vegan. The wheat bread has honey in it.

You get a veggie delite with mustard, veggies, oil, vinegar, and avocado and you are a happy camper. Subway saved me while I was in the hospital giving birth. Although the hospital assured me they could provide vegan food, they could not. Partly because I gave birth in the middle of the night and the kitchen was closed. My family smuggled me in a lot of food while I was recovering, otherwise, I might have starved to death.
