We use SISU, but we are Canadian, so not sure if you can get them elsewhere.

Krista, which SISU vitamins do you give your kids? I used their prenatals but my supermarket doesn't carry any of their kids' vitamins (at least not that I've noticed).

Currently, the only supplement I give our kids is Floravit iron & b-complex supplement. My daughter is only 2 and she's a good eater (knock wood) with a varied diet, so I don't worry too much about supplementing. When she's old enough to take pills, though, I might consider adding a multi just to fill in the gaps.

Sorry, I mislead you!! I take the pre-natal SISU vitamins still because I can't find any of their normal vitamins that aren't heat fused. We also buy their vitamin C. I haven't found any kids SISU vitamins either. I have tried a couple of different liquid vitamins for my 14 month old, but he doesn't like them. I also bought the VegLife chewables but he doesn't like those either (I break them into small pieces.)

But I too am not that worried yet because he is breastfeeding, we eat mostly organic and a well varied diet. The only thing I can't get him to eat is fruit! But I am working on it and trying to sneak it in!
