I used to buy nutritional yeast from the bulk bins until we went gluten-free, so yesterday I bought some in a can. It is KAL brand. I got the unfortified kind. Anyone know if its any good? I was looking for Red Star, but my nfs didn't have it. Now I see that veganessentials.com has it, but I won't be placing another order there for a while.
