When I am out at a resturant and see others eating dead animals, I am utterly disgusted. Sometimes it is hard to not go over and say something, This disgust has made me just mostly stay home and avoid such places. Do many of you feel this way?

Not really. I do get annoyed if their food smells strongly and I have to smell it while I'm eating my vegan food. And sometimes my husband and I will say something to each other if the people are having a gay old time while the poor carcass lies dead on the table. But we'd never say anything to the people. And we're not going to give up our going out to eat. The more vegans order vegan food, the more restaurants will serve it.

I now feel like eating meat is like eating road kill. I have gone so far away from meat that I can't fathom how anyone can eat a dead animal, let alone find it appetizing. So yes, I can relate!

I don't feel this way, either. I'm just glad for the opportunity to have someone else cook. :) Sometimes the smell can bother me, but I guess I think that everyone needs to make the choice on what to eat on their own.

I feel the same as you. My husband is omni so it's hard sometimes (we cook only vegan at home).

I really get bothered by seeing fish, crabs and lobsters in tanks, waiting to die. Or when I walk past the window of a Peking Duck house.
