vegan honey mustard?

anyone have a recipe for vegan honey mustard? or a product they recommend?

and while we're at it, what are people's thoughts on honey anyway?

erin did a review on a product called "just like honey." i havent tried it yet, but its made by the same people who make ricemallow creme, so its gotta be good.

hmmm..... i think i might have to check this out. now i just have to find a good recipe. i have just been craving honey mustard lately for some strange reason. i love dips/sauces/etc. and then i could also use it for me former favorite thing, the peanut butter and honey sandwich. :)

I use agave nectar instead of honey. It tastes similar, but is a bit thinner/more runny. Erin's cookbook does have an Agave Mustard dressing recipe, although I haven't tried it yet.
