Gluten-free muffins

Help me!
i am lookin for a vegan gluten-free muffin recipe, i have been all over the net and can only find recipes that contain eggs, bananas or ingredients i cant get here (my 3 yr old is allergic to bananas as well)
Any recomended books or favourite recipes are very welcome!
Also if anyone has a good gluten free bread recipe let me know. I have one i usually make, its ok but not great.

Our favorite gf bread recipe is called Sunny Seed Bread from Vesanto Melina's book, Food Allergy Survival Guide.
