I decided to start with yoga to ease my way into exercising again on a regular basis. I love yoga and I always feel so good when I do it. Taking ten minutes out of my day today to do two poses reminded me of that! My 10 year old son is joining me in my daily ten minute practice so there's a nice bonus. :)
Looking for the easiest way to do this I went to YogaJournal.com and did their Learn a Pose: Easy Seated Twist and Learn a Pose: Sun Salute. Both were just under 5 minutes each but we did an extra set to get to ten minutes. It was totally enjoyable and really quick so I think this will be an easy way to get off to a good start!
