My challenge is to meditate for ten minutes every morning before I start my day. I tend to start my morning with a bang so this will help me slow down and start with a more centered mind and body. :)

Awesome challenge! I've never done meditation myself. Please do share with us what you do each day. We have a Challenge Daily Reporting (http://vegfamily.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=84) forum for that purpose - helps keep us all motivated and accountable. :D

i used to meditate quite a bit and it was brilliant. i had the most amazing dreams and i felt mentally healthier than ever before.
