View Full Version : Day 1 of new habit

My new habit is taking care of myself, and I started this morning by relaxing with a walk before work and eating breakfast (which I never do). Then I just stayed positive about everything and when I got home I wrote down the good parts of my day to relax and destress. I finished the day with some yoga and writing to a few friends which made me feel relaxed and happy.

Fabulous start stef! I'm doing yoga myself. I got a quick ten minutes of practice from streaming videos at YogaJournal.com :)

Thanks for the encouragement. I love doing yoga after work to relax and it feels so good to stretch and focus on yourself.

Day 1 of my new habit and I danced super-freaky until my legs felt shaky! The kids joined in and it was lots of fun.
