Up until the new year I ate what junk I wanted (well veggie of course) and did I feel gross. So yesterday I was super good and I can tell you after even just one day I feel so much better. My goal is to stay away from junk. Even if it's vegan because I can get a little OCD!!! Another goal is to add way more fresh ingredients and to get creative in my cooking.

Well so far no junk food. My husband and I went out for dinner last night and I had only water to drink and no bread and butter, I took out my debit card right after I ate so I would'nt be tempted with dessert. But it was hardddddddddddddd!

I love sweets so I know how hard that is! But you might try desserts with fresh ingredients, which you mentioned in your first post as a goal. Some of the raw desserts are wonderful!

Yes raw desserts, that is an excellent idea. I do want to invest in a juicer of some kind. Plus my daughter loves fruit so it would also be excellent for her to have the fresh juice.
