I've given this quite a bit of thought as I wanted to find something that I could realistically stick to and that had a lot of benefits for me physically and emotionally. I'm going to dance in my livingroom as many weekday afternoons as I can during the quiet time when dinner's ready and I'm just waiting for my husband to come home. I love to dance!! I love how I feel when dancing and I'm a hard, crazy dancer so it's also fantastic exercise! Plus, if the kids want to join it, it's just all the more fun.
