Today was the toughest day of the challenge, just because it has been a long week. I noticed myself going back to my old ways of stress and beyond, so I really had to focus on myself and take a time out to relax. At work, I focused on the positive and realized the things I could control so that I wouldn't stress. I took time to make a good dinner and relaxed with a book and yoga in the evening to feel better.
