I can't believe how quickly this challenge has gone. I feel great about myself and how I am doing and am hoping to keep up these habits of taking care of myself after the challenge is over. Tonight I am trying a new vegan dish for dinner, I did some yoga at home after work and am trying to relax.

One third of the way through the month! I didn't get any yoga or walking in (yesterday) but I really missed it and nothing stopped me other than exhaustion. Today was on track and yoga is a nice way to relax at the end of the day, especially my PM Yoga series of poses. If anyone is interested in getting into yoga I do reccomend Rodney Yee's AM PM Yoga DVD. It's a quick but thoroughly enjoyable practice. :)

I am so glad you are doing great on the challenge. It is good to take one day off a week and relax, so don't feel guilty.
