Can anyone refresh my memory? A lot of packaged foods have the "U" with a circle around it, &/or a "K" &/or a "D" --all of which I'm pretty sure had something to do with Kosher rules or something. I thought the "D" meant dairy though, & I have seen it on things with completely animal-free ingredients lists. (P.S. If they can put these letters on so much stuff, why not a "V" for vegan!!! Or a green star, yes! --if anyone hasn't already read that other thread.)
