I just bought my first box of Ener-G Egg Replacer since my other egg subs of mashed banana and silken tofu weren't quite making it in baked goods. I see they have lots of recipes on the back, but I don't see where it says what you do to replace an egg in your own recipe? Anyone know the formula to replace one whole egg?
Thanks!

Look at the back of the box, in the top left hand side, in the (I think) first paragraph it has the instructions, I couldn't find it at first either--I was overwhelmed by all the recipes.
It is 1 1/2 tsp EnerG powder with 2 tbsp water for each egg needed. There are also more detailed instructions for unbeaten eggs, egg whites and egg yolks on the side panel opposite the Nutrition Facts under a couple of recipes. At least on my box, that is.
