Hi there! After looking at some Easter candy, I noticed some had "k gelatine" or "k-gelatine" listed. I know it's more than likely not vegan, but since I like to know what ingredients are, I am wondering what the difference is between plain old gelatin(e) and this k gelatine. My only guess is that it's Kosher?? I don't know. Can anyone offer me the answer? Thanks!
