Thanks for the heads up. I do actually have some vanilla Silk in my fridge, but it fortunately is not part of the recall.

However, I was just at the grocery store & noticed that they still have cartons of Vanilla Silk with the dates that fall under the recall on the shelf. I did not have the recall notice with me, so I am not sure that they are the lot #s that are being recalled, but you would think that anywhere that sells the stuff would post a notice of the recall near the product to alert customers who may have bought some!

Of course not! All product recalls, if posted at all b/c they do not have to post it, are usually at the customer service desk. I would think it would be placed there only to help with identifying the right items to return, but still! How hard is it to make a quick photocopy of the recall notice and post it right next to the item? Sometimes I really don't think stores are customer friendly at all.
