VegFamily is now offering for sale a great new book for kids called The Organic Adventures of Tucker the Tomato.
I was excited to receive this book because it actually has a great message for kids and is something I love reading to my daughter.
Basically Tucker is an organic tomato and the book teaches kids the difference between organic and convnetional produce. Tucker is bright red, juicy, with green healthy leaves, and he ends up meeting the "other" tomatoes that are pale, too big, wilted leaves, and have a green dusting of pesticide powder on them (boy are they mean to Tucker!).
