Are there any real true vegan marshmellows out there??

look under the food, recipe, etc section. It looks like you'll have to make your own. I've yet to try. All store bought ones have egg whites and/or gelatin, the kosher ones boost about fish gelatin.

VeganSweets now came out w/ vegan marshmallows! I can'ttell you if they're any good or not though--my first bag is on backorder! ;) check pangea (veganstore.com)

I got to try the vegan marshmallows from Vegan Essentials at an EarthSave conference a few weeks ago. They are amazingly delicious, and very much like traditional marshmallows both in texture in flavor. Many long-time vegans at the event commented that they hadn't had a marshmallow in ages and had wondered if they ever would. An enterprising person made vegan s'mores with them at a vegan potluck I attended recently and got rave reviews (including one from my 5-year old daughter).
