I'm new here, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a vegan teenager. My family and I went vegan several years ago, the main reason was because I have 19 food allergies. :eek:
It has helped me alot, but it has also been challenging, so I'm glad to find any new recipes!! The foods that I'm allergic are main ingredients in lots of stuff (corn, wheat, soy...).

Hey Anna! Welcome to the forum! I'm another vegan teen, 15 y.o. I went veg for ethical reasons, my younger bro followed in my footsteps and went vegan about a week and a half ago after about a onth and a half as a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Wow, 19 food allergies!?
