I feel so good during this challenge. Last night I committed to turning off the computer early to stop doing work and relax. I just sat and read a book before bed and felt relaxed. I feel so much better about life now because I am focusing on myself and finding happiness and energy everyday.

This morning was a good start - some stretching and walking filled the ten minutes. I want to start using my rebounder again so I may try that for tomorrow's exercise. But I still want to do yoga so I'll probably do my PM Yoga practice with Rodney Yee which I haven't done for a long time.
