I am SO glad we live so far away, so this won't be an issue I have to deal with on a daily or even weekly basis. *whew* My in-laws have mentioned wanting to move closer to us in the future, but I really never want to live near them. They have absolutely no respect for our beliefs or lifestyle.

I guess this thread has slowed down since the last post in August, but I am worried about the same thing. My mother-in-law is going to watch my son when I go to work which is great cuz I prefer that to a baby-sitter, but she doesn't really get the vegan thing. So I think what I am going to do is pack a lunch and snacks everyday, as well as fill a cupboard with Benjamin friendly food. More work for me, but it will be worth it.
