Raw food questions for mamas and papas
I eat an 80-90% raw diet and have done for about 6months. My questions are related to raising raw food vegan children. My son is 2 weeks away from his 2nd birthday and eats probably about 50% raw. (mostly fruits, a few raw veggies, raw nut dips, and raw cashews cos other nuts are still a bit hard for his teeny jaws).He doesnt eat many processed foods but he loves his cooked veggies, beans and lentils and that sort of thing. Any advice on increasing his raw intake? hes not really into many raw veggies (but im not gonna stop trying) so i often grate veggies into his meals. reccomended books, favourite toddler friendly recipes and any advice would be wicked!! thanx in advance!!!
