Day 4
Today was a real test of my willpower because I was super stressed at work and very busy. My resolution to take more time for myself almost went on the back burner until I remembered to stop and breathe. When I got super stressed I wrote down a few things that made me happy and then I decided to control what I could change and not stress over what I couldn't control. I tried to make positive out of all the negative thoughts and then relaxed with a movie and a bath.
