Happy Vegan New Year's!

We tried to celebrate by making a delicious Shepherd's Pie - which was all set to heat up in the oven when we realized that the oven wouldn't light! Ack! So we're having green salad with pita bread and chickpea salad.

Happy New Year's for all humans and animals!
