My name is Cynthia - my new habit will be daily exercise
My New Year’s Challenge: For January I’d like to begin exercising daily.
My trigger: After I get everyone off to school and work, I will exercise in some way - treadmill walking, tai chi, yoga, rebounding, or pilates.
To increase accountability: I’m going to tell my friends and family about this and of course post about it here in the Challenge forum to see my daily progress.
