One of my best challenges yet
I am truly excited about this challenge. It is said that it takes 30 days to create or break a habit. I am challenging myself to get off off bread, cakes and cookies, as well as to lose 10lbs. I don't eat any meat nor fish but still crave breads and sweets.
Please hold me accountable, as I strive to change. For when change is necessary, not to change can be distructive.
