Angry Del Taco horror story-am I vitamin deficient??

Here a good fast food horror story, this is why I hate fast food and will never eat it again:
Yesterday I was out with friends and starving so we all agreed on Del Taco. I ordered plain bean tacos. The first one was pretty yummy, It had guacamole. The second one had a piece of hamburger in it. My reaction was so sudden and violent that I had to put my hand over my mouth so keep from vomiting on the table. (Fallowed by my sensitive-stomach boyfriend who also vomited-this was not fun for the other patrons of the Del Taco.)
By the time I was in the bathroom I had somehow busted an eye blood vessel. Its grown and now the whole corner of my eye looks like it has blood in it.
What can I do? I start a new job Monday, and now I have an ugly bloody eye! Am I deficient in some vitamin mabey? I eat so much carrots and sweet potatoes I am orange so it cant be that. The only vitamins I currantly take is a B complex.
On the plus side, the Del Taco manager appologized and gave us our money back, did not laugh at me and did treat me with dignity. I was crying. He also made an accident report, but I know there is nothing a hospital can do.
Any advice to heal my eye quickly?

Oh my word! what a horrible experience. When I find meat in my vegan meals I always write a letter to the company so that they can educate their staff on how important it is to get orders right or be careful about slopping meat around so casually.

Not sure how you can heal your eye fast.

I'm sorry Beth, but I'm either really tired or I have a twisted sense of humour because I can't stop laughing! The way you desribed your story is just too funny.

Having said that, it was probably a very gross situation that I hope I never get to witness.

Enough said,

EricP
