What foods are a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids that I can eat while I'm pregnant?

Answer:

Flax seed oil or hemp seed oil (1 tablespoon daily), walnuts and pumpkin seeds (raw, unroasted, preferably organic) a handful or two a day.
