If you're a vegan who has ever searched for breadcrumbs in the grocery store, you know what a frustrating and daunting task that can be. Almost every conventional brand contains whey, and most contain other dairy sources as well. Well, today you can breathe a sigh of relief because good old Edward and Sons has introduced a line of vegan Organic Breadcrumbs to the market!

I was so excited to try these breadcrumbs, as I love to top casseroles with a combination of breadcrumbs and Earth Balance margarine. So I broke out my new container of Edward and Sons lightly salted Organic Breadcrumbs, and was beyond thrilled by the results. The ingredients are so pure that it comes through in the taste of the product. Conventional breadcrumbs leave much to be desired, but Edward and Sons has created a shelf-stable, delicious, easy to use breadcrumb that even those who usually make homemade breadcrumbs will be happy with.
