Bob's Red Mill now has a dedicated gluten free manufacturing building separate from all other production areas. There is no need to worry about cross contamination.
The 16 ounce package of pizza crust mix produces enough dough for 2 12 inch pizzas or one 16 inch pizza. The directions include egg substitutions so it is easy to make this crust gluten free and vegan! The directions were clear and easy to follow. My boys especially enjoyed seeing the dough rise.
The crust cooked up nice and crispy and held up perfectly when we added sauce and toppings. We are not a gluten free family and no one noticed the difference in taste or texture. This crust is a great new product for someone who is following a gluten free diet. It's also a wonderful treat for those looking to take a break from wheat and gluten. Delicious!
