Article continues below Each flavor has something different to offer. Garlic and Basil with Milled Flax Seed and Soy contains 450 mg of Omega-3 Oils per serving and is my favorite of the three. Plain Whole Wheat is perfect to jazz up with your own seasonings and veggies. Milled Flax Seed and Soy has a yummy nutty taste that's perfect on its own. My favorite way to incorporate the Garlic and Basil couscous was to saute yellow and green squash with garlic and onions, and mix it into the couscous with some browned tempeh and serve with a large salad. The perfect meal! |
