Refrigerated vegan cookie dough! Finally! When the box of goodies from Moo Cluck arrived I couldn't wait to try it all. I must admit that only about half of the cookie dough made it onto a cookie sheet and into the oven. My husband and I ate it right out of the package and mixed in with soy ice cream, and it was fabulous!

While the cookie dough was my husband's favorite, I fell in love with their chocolate icing covered, cream filled chocolate cupcake. These cupcakes are massive and taste like the pure, rich chocolate cupcakes you may remember from your pre-vegan days. The cream filling actually tastes a little like frosting, yum!

The fine people at Moo Cluck also make an out of this world cheesecake, vanilla cake and chocolate cake.
