Whole Soy Yogurt

Review by Erin Pavlina

Whole Soy YogurtOne thing I never really missed when I went vegan was yogurt. But over time, as I tried all the new vegan products coming out on the market, yogurt finally made it's way into my curious brain. "I wonder what vegan yogurt tastes like?" I scanned the shelves and noted there were several soy yogurts on the market. I picked up a few flavors in the Whole Soy brand, raspberry, strawberry, and peach. I was pleasantly suprised when I opened it to find the fruit was already mixed in. I used to hate the dairy yogurts with the fruit on the bottom.

I very much enjoyed the Whole Soy yogurt. The flavors are wonderful. Along with the few I picked up, they also make vanilla, blueberry, lemon, and a few others. My toddler loves her yogurt, and my husband enjoys them as well. In fact, Emily really likes to dip her waffle into the yogurt, and I discovered it tastes pretty good on a waffle instead of syrup!

Whole soy yogurtThey're low fat, and contain some calcium, but not a whole lot. They do contain acidophilus and bifidus, like dairy yogurt. That's a plus. And they are made with Non-GMO soybeans. A big plus!

I think the Whole Soy yogurts are a wonderful, tasty treat that will appeal to kids and adults alike.
