Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 7 medjool dates pitted
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons carob powder
  • Few ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
  2. Chill for an hour and enjoy!

Notes

If you are allergic to peanuts or not a peanut fan substitute any nut butter.
